Chef Miles Palmer and the Grove House kitchen team cook from scratch every day. Brisket is smoked in house, stocks simmer for hours, and the ketchup and hot sauces are made fresh. The menu rotates with the season. This is what we're dishing up this week.

Warm olives

Castelvetrano and kalamata, warmed in olive oil with orange peel, rosemary, and a little crushed chile.

Three rotating cheeses from Sierra Nevada Cheese Company, honeycomb, apple, toasted almonds, crackers.

Charcuterie

House-cured meats from Campfire Meats, cornichons, grainy mustard, rye crackers.

Hand-cut fries

Russet potatoes, house ketchup, herb aioli. Add house hot sauce on request.

Mains

Grove House burger

Mariposa Ranch beef, melted cheddar, red onion jam, house pickles, garlic aioli, sesame bun. Fries included.

Smoked brisket sandwich

Hearty beef stew

Red wine, root vegetables from Arther Family Farm, grilled sourdough.

Mushroom toast

Wild mushrooms from Fungi Temple, brown butter, thyme, soft-cooked egg, toasted country loaf.
